What an honour it was for our charity to be invited along to the prestigious Berkshire Masonic Centre, in Sindlesham, last week to meet members of the Kendrick Lodge.
Building for the Future's CEO Jane Holmes and Fundraising Manager Jason McMahon were delighted to meet members of the Lodge, who presented the pair with a certificate and donation of £2,000 towards the charity's important work with disabled children and young people.
The Lodge has been incredibly supportive of BFTF's contribution to the local community over the years and we thank them for their donation and kind words on the certificate, which read:
'In recognition of your excellent work, the members of the Sons of Kendrick Masonic Chapter 8362 have made a donation to Building for the Future.'
The generous donation of £2,000 will go towards events for disabled children at Our House, helping them to have an inclusive and enjoyable Easter celebration next month.
